How do you create an electronic seal?
In the final document, e.g. an e-invoice, the company seal is displayed in Adobe Reader as a blue bar across the top of the document. This allows both the issuer and the integrity of the document to be identified at a glance.
The inSign company seal meets all the requirements of eIDAS
- It is clearly assigned to the seal maker
- It enables the identification of the creator of the seal.
- It is created using electronic seal creation data which the seal creator can use, with a high degree of confidence, under their control to create electronic seals.
- It is linked to the data to which it refers in such a way that any subsequent alteration to the data can be detected.
