What makes a person a user and how many licences do they need?
Every person who uploads documents into the system and makes them available to others needs a user licence.
Does the signatory also need a user licence?
If you release documents for signature, the signatories will receive a link which allows them to fill out and sign their documents free of charge. Neither a licence nor registration are required for this. The signatory also does not need agree to any terms and conditions.
How many documents can I send?
You can send any number of documents. inSign 365 offers a fair-use policy providing a benchmark figure of 100 signatures per month. Should you significantly exceed this number on a regular basis we shall get in contact with you to come to a joint solution.
With inSign connect and inSign enterprise, transaction fees are charged. Of course we also offer a flat rate covering all costs.
Do non-profit organisations, start-ups and institutional establishments qualify for a discount?
We offer special licensing models for non-profit organizations. For start-ups and institutional establishments we offer inSign 365 at a reduced price.
