inSign automates your digital signature processes.

Every company has numerous processes with different requirements.

Design your workflows according to your needs – once the documents have been sent, inSign takes care of the next steps with automated processes.

You are kept up to date on the current status, reminder emails are sent to participants as needed, and documents are automatically delivered after signing.

Request signature

You prepare the uploaded document for signature and assign signature fields to the respective persons.

When sending, you can flexibly define the process for how the signatures should be made in the case of multiple participants: one after the other, in parallel, or in your own order.

Example:

Contracts with end customers or between companies. Multiple locations or national borders? No problem!

Have it signed directly

Face-to-face meeting or online meeting: Have documents signed digitally by hand directly.

This process eliminates the need for an intermediate email step, and participants do not need to be defined in the document in advance.

Example:

Signing an insurance application at the office or at the customer’s home.

Self-service via web link

Documents can be made publicly available for digital signature via a web link – without the need for a personal invitation.

Making forms available on websites is particularly popular. Here, they can be filled out and signed directly without any intermediate steps.

Example:

Membership application form on the association’s website.

Approve documents before signing

With the digital approval process, documents are checked for completeness and correctness before signing.

Each step is documented in a traceable manner, and forwarding only takes place after approval by the predefined reviewers.

Example:

The legal department reviews and checks the documents before they are signed.

Observe processes

Observers are granted read-only access, allowing them to view documents throughout the entire process.

Once a process has been completed, the documents are also handed over to the observers.

Example:

The sales employee appoints an observer from Controlling and Compliance.

Delegate processes

Signatories can delegate the task assigned to them to another person.

Responsibilities remain clearly traceable and no one loses track of outstanding steps.

Example:

The project team member receives the task and forwards it to their supervisor for signature.

Set up representatives

The representative function allows processes to continue to be processed even during periods of absence.

The representative automatically receives all emails relating to the signature process in cc and has access to all processes.

You are automatically informed about important events in the signing process. This way, you always know whether a document has been opened, signed or rejected and can respond if necessary.

document visibility

Decide who can access specific documents and which information is visible. This ensures data protection and makes sensitive content available only to authorised individuals.

authenticity verification tool

The inSign Validator checks documents and signatures for authenticity and integrity. It can be used via web UI and REST API.
