How did you learn about the electronic signature solution inSign and what factors contributed to its introduction within your company?
“We discovered inSign through our own vendor comparison. What particularly impressed us was the excellent value for money and the reliable support. From the initial workshop and follow-up queries through to day-to-day use, our experience has been very positive.”
Why is digitalisation becoming increasingly important in your sector?
“We primarily use inSign to sign shareholder resolutions. As our shareholders are often on the move, electronic signatures allow us to avoid postal delays and significantly speed up processes. It is also extremely helpful for urgent or cross-location coordination, for example when a managing director’s signature is required at short notice while they are working from home or at another site.”
How quick and easy is it to get started with inSign? What helped you the most (help pages, webinars, tutorials, support, etc.)?
“Getting started was very straightforward. The webinar and the support for any open questions were particularly helpful.”
Which signature method do you use most frequently?
Normally, we use the simple electronic signature.
What positive changes have you observed so far? How do your contractual partners respond to the electronic signature solution?
“We primarily save time and postage costs. We have also not experienced any resistance to electronic signatures so far — they have always been accepted by shareholders, authorities and service providers.”
