During an interview with Managing Director Darius Gebel we spoke about how electronic signatures optimise daily operations at Poseidon Bäderdienst.

How did you learn about inSign and why did you choose our solution?

“We were actively looking for a solution capable of supporting QES. inSign was competitively priced, I received a quick responseand I learned about it through recommendations by some of my contacts.”

You frequently use the qualified electronic signature (QES). In your view, what are the advantages of this particular type of signature?

“With customers and employees spread across Germany, we also have several regional managers on site. They travel long distances to customers and staff often exceeding three hours. To save time and work efficiently, we needed an effective solution. Fixed-term employment contracts and employee leasing agreements are subject to statutory written form requirements – and only QES can fulfil these.”

Which identification methods do you prefer, and why?

“We are switching to the trust service provider Evrotrust as they offer free identification verification.”

What has changed for you and your contractual partners since introducing the inSign electronic signature solution?

“Regional managers can focus more on their core responsibilities instead of spending time on unnecessary travel. At the same time, contractual partners save additional appointments for signing – and we are also making a contribution to climate protection.

Handwritten signatures (AES) are a great asset too as they ensure that employees and customers sign correctly. Before inSign there were recurring errors when sending mails or emails. Unnecessary postal delays and waiting times are avoided and documents can be stored digitally straight away without the need for prior scanning. This is a major benefit for assignment notifications and follow-up details”
