Dance Moves by Lis is a pole dance partner/licensing company. As the market leader in the industry, the company offers its customers the intensive pole dance lessons from highly qualified trainers. They also support partners who would like to set up their own successful pole dance studio.
For more than two years, the pole dance company has been using the electronic signature solution inSign. Since then, mainly contracts with customers have been concluded electronically. Read more in the following interview.
What has impressed you about inSign?
“The ease of use and the effectiveness. We now get 90% to 95% of our contracts back within minutes/hours and minimise the time we spend sending reminders.”
How do you use inSign in your dance academy? What is the most common use case?
“We run a pole dance partner/licensing business. Therefore, the most common case is that our studio partners sign customer contracts via inSign. In addition, we also send any other contracts that arise (staff, academy, etc.) with inSign.”
Which positive changes have you observed so far? How do your customers react to the electronic signature solution?
“The number of responses has increased significantly and we can minimise costs and effort. Customers respond very well because it is smart.”
