What was it that convinced you to integrate inSign into your internal and external workflows?
“In our view, inSign had the most attractive functional range and, as a software product, is the most modern software solution when compared to the other providers we spoke to. What did the onboarding process look like within your company?
“inSign understands what is at stake when it comes to introducing digital signatures in a company.
It wasn’t just about the technology, but rather more importantly about the involvement of the relevant stakeholders. I also need to have confidence in the binding nature of signatures when going down the digital route.
The onboarding process started right there and then, and convinced us in terms of content and technology.”
What has changed since the introduction of the electronic signature solution?
Which parts of inSign do you use most often?
In customer processes, acceptance, approvals and order placement are the frontrunners in terms of utilisation.
In personnel processes, inSign is used wherever written consent is required, for example for non-disclosure agreements. This simplifies the processes considerably and also makes the signed documents immediately available to the parties involved for their own storage.”
How does the interaction between electronic signatures and topfact6 MyWork work?
Another advantage of the inSign integration into topfact is the option to automatically send the document to the signatory. Once the document has been signed, it is always automatically returned to the MyWork process.
As a result, the signed documents are automatically placed where they are both expected and needed.”
What advantages and what potential do you see in an electronic signature solution?
Would you recommend the electronic signature solution inSign to other IT service providers?
Companies today cannot afford to settle for any half measures. The standard paper solutions or digital “sign-only” applications offer no potential for operational growth.
