inSign impresses with its speed and ease of use
Founded by Katharina Bäuml, the ensemble Capella de la Torre has been captivating audiences since 2005 with music from the Renaissance and early Baroque periods. Using historical wind instruments such as the shawm, dulcian and trombone, the ensemble uniquely combines scholarship, authenticity and a joy of performance.
Capella de la Torre (Albero Media GmbH) has been using the electronic signature solution inSign since 2022 and is highly satisfied with it. We conducted a short interview with Ms Bäuml to find out how this digital step has integrated into the day-to-day work of an ensemble conscious of its tradition.
How did you first learn about of the electronic signature solution inSign and why did you decide on us?
“Several years ago we first came across inSign when we received documents from a contractual partner for signing. Even during this initial experience, we were impressed by how straightforward and fast the process was. The handling was so clear and simple that we immediately recognised the added value for both us and our contractual partners.”

“Yes, everything is running very smoothly – many thanks.”
What types of documents do you use the signature solution for?
“We are a professional music ensemble within the independent scene and handle all our musicians’ contracts via inSign.”
What does a typical signature process look like for you?
“A member of staff prepares and sends out the contracts. Directly within inSign, the documents can be populated with the required form fields and then sent for signature regardless of time or location. So far, everyone involved has always been very satisfied.”
What positive changes have you observed since its introduction?
“Paper consumption has decreased significantly and contracts can be processed noticeably faster. Archiving the documents has also proven to be particularly useful.”
Would you recommend inSign to other ensembles?
“Absolutely, yes!”
