Why did you decide to use an electronic signature solution for your company?
„We conclude agreements with a large number of service partners every year. In order to process this efficiently, we have switched to the electronic signature system, also to save paper.”
For which documents do you use inSign? Is there anything distinctive about them?
„As a rule, these are standard agreements that have to be signed. There are 2 to 3 different documents here.”
Please describe a typical process flow with inSign.
„We create a PDF with the agreement and send it to the people who need to sign it. As soon as we have all the signatures together, the contract is finalised and no additional e-mails or scans are needed.”
Which method of signing do you use most frequently?
What advantages does the electronic signature solution offer you and your customers?
„First, all contracts can be processed more easily. Second, not every partner can change or add things to the contract by hand. This system therefore also helps us to maintain a certain standard and minimise deviations.”
What do you particularly like about inSign?
„We are impressed by the simple operation and editing of the PDFs with signature fields, including the assignment of the fields to the respective partners.”
Would you recommend inSign to other companies in the tourism industry?
„Yes, of course.”
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
„There is always room for improvement, but we are generally satisfied and consider the price-performance ratio to be moderate.”
